Poor Customer Service

I sent a bow in for repairs that I owned for less than 30 days in the beginning of November. They told me it would be a 15 day turnaround and here we are going on January and they still haven't repaired it. Now they are telling me they are in the middle of inventory and it will be another week or so before they can get to it. How's inventory my fault and what were they doing for a month and a half before inventory? Buyers beware if you buy one of their products it will obviously be months before you get it back if you ever do. Still haven't gotten mine back!

Crossbow failure

The Carbon Express Piledriver was only produced 1 year. Mine was shot a total of 10 times. This year when i got it out the limbs had broke, stored in an air conditioned house. When I contacted them they told me no limbs were available, because so many had failed. I asked if there was a recall and was told No. I asked if they would replace it with another bow and was told by their own employee that the Rocky Mountain bow they sell now was no better and that she wouldnt reccomend it either. This is a rip off. I payed over $300 for this piece of junk. If this is the way Feradyne runs their business, buyers beware!!!!!!

Lied about shipping and reimbursement of a duplicate order

I ordered a bundle of Covert MP32 trail cameras, and waited 4 days without getting a shipping confirmation. I sent an email telling them to either ship today, or cancel and reimburse my money. I was told that they would cancel, and my reimbursement should be in my account tomorrow morning. They then contacted telling me that they could ship today, if I wanted to follow through, so I said yes. When I asked for confirmation. I was told that accounting had already cancelled, but if I wanted to get shipping TODAY, that if I reordered, and gave them my new order number, they would ship TODAY and not a word sinceA word since.s ship 9/16/21 9/16/21
